Service Description

This class in specially for those aged 60 plus. Whether you are a brand new beginner or an experienced potter, you are welcome. This is a fun and easy going class where you will create with clay, learn a variety of techniques and projects for hand building beautiful and functional pieces. Try your hands at the potter's wheel if you like. Have your own ideas of what you would like to make? We will help you. This class does not only build with clay but also builds wonderful friendships among the group members. Class runs Sept. 9th to Dec. 9th (12 weeks) 10:00am to 2:00pm **no classes Sept. 30th & Nov. 11th** clay cost is separate from the class and starts at $36/bag +gst (including firings and glazes) What do you need for this class? -a basic pottery tool kit which is available at art/craft stores such as Delta Art, Michael's, Amazon, etc... -wear clothing that you can get messy and closed-toed shoes -very short finger nails are strongly recommended -an apron and old towel are also good to have (optional) your pottery pieces will get fired throughout the class at various times with all the pieces being ready for pick-up 4-5 weeks after the last day of this session It's always a perfect time to learn and try something new, if you have any questions please contact us via email (works best) muditastudioedmonton@gmail.com

Cancellation policy: -you can cancel up to 10 days before start date and you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee -if you cancel 5-9 days before start date you will receive 1/2 of the course fee minus a $25 administration fee -if you cancel 4 days or less before the start date there are no refunds available
